What an Agent Actually Is
A chatbot talks. An agent acts in a loop: it reads a goal, picks a tool, looks at the result, and decides the next step until the job is done or it asks you to take over.
That loop is the whole skill. Models get better. The job of the human is still: set the goal, give the tools, watch the trace, stop a bad run.
