Where the money actually is
Most "make money with AI agents" videos sell one dream: build an agent once, collect income forever. The public data from 2026 points somewhere less exciting and more reliable: businesses paying a person they trust for a narrow, measurable automation, and paying again to keep it working.

What the three numbers say together
- Demand is real, and it is for integration. Upwork's CEO said lower-complexity work keeps shifting to automation. Generic gigs shrink; wiring AI into a process a business already runs grows.
- Apps are a harder business than they look. AI apps earn a bit more per paying user, but they churn faster. You fight for every subscriber every month.
- Your client's project can fail. Gartner's prediction is a warning for anyone selling agents: projects die when nobody can show the value. Your defence is to sell something small with a before-and-after number.
What this course will not do
It will not promise you an income. We don't know your market, your hours or how you sell, and there is no credible public dataset on what solo AI agencies earn. Every number in this course comes with a source and a date. Where we only have asking prices, we say so.
